# Royalty Token

Royalty Tokens by default are **10% Royalty Tokens**, which means for every $10 of sales a shop makes, $1 is tokenized and distributed to royalty token holders via airdrop.

**Royalties are captured at the point of sale, settled weekly, and streamed to holders daily.** Snapshots for daily streams are taken shortly before each airdrop. Dividend deposits into the distribution pipeline are typically done on a weekly basis (e.g. every Monday).

## Launch float (illustrative — not a fixed framework)

At each **RTGE** (Royalty Token Generation Event), day-to-day merchant operations continue as usual. Listings generally follow a **low float / high FDV** design, but the exact split is set per merchant.

The numbers below are an **illustration only**. An optional **pre-sale is not required** for every launch; when used, its size and vesting are decided per RTGE.

Only if merchants hit growth targets does a portion of the Performance-Linked Stake unlock over time.
